My diets helpful hints




Here is a list of foods I like to eat on my diet.

1. Special k protein meal bars, they come in several varieties. My favorite is double chocolate.they have 170 calories. I like to eat these for breakfast and occasionly for lunch.  I also like to eat bagel thins for breakfast often.

2. Nature own thin sliced bagels, cinnamon raisin only 110 calories. regular bagel have 240 calories. thats a 130 less calories.  I toast them  and eat them with Laughing cow cinnamon cream spread. they have 45 calories in a wedge.   Oat meal is a low calorie breakfast meal.  they have 140 calories.

3.joseph" s lavish flat bread with flax only 50 calories.  they also have multigrain with 90 calories when i cant find  the other.  they also have a flax oat brand whole wheat pita bread with only 60 calories. I like that one too.  I like to buy deli cajun turkey, and cajun roast beef. i also have tried dried tomato chicken breast.
I cut out my mayo and cheese. I add purple onion and lettuce and tomato, and mustard.
4.I eat two snacks a day. i try to keep them around 100 calories. I love weight watcher English toffee crunch ice cream bars..They are 100 calories. I also like special k snack bars only 90 calories. Pop secret has a 100 calories popcorn. You also can find kettle corn in 100 calories packs. sugarfree puddings have 60 calories. Yoplait has yogurt in 110 calories. Fruit mix of strawberries and grapes and pineapple have 100 calories in a cup.  Parched peanuts have 5 calories in each one. they are high in protein .
angel food is a low calorie cake. i love to eat it too.

I drink way to many diet drinks and i try to add water to my diet , so i  add propell flavored packets.  they are clear and dont stain your teeth.

Im constantly looking for more low calorie foods to add to my diet.
